Video Content: 6 Easy Ways to Use Vine for Marketing

For those who have already discovered it, Vine is on fire.

Vine is a new short video app available for iProducts only (but that we expect will get an inevitable Android birth in the near future). You can use it to share a maximum of six seconds of video footage on Facebook, Twitter, or Vine’s native social network. What makes it a really powerful app is the ability to splice together bits of nonconsecutive video content to create a montage.

Brands seemed to jump on the trendy new app almost as quickly as consumers did. Vines appear inside a tweet, which means you don’t have to redirect your viewers to another website. If you have a major Twitter presence, that in-tweet experience offers a great way to engage and differentiate your brand in a sea of branded micro-content.

Looking for some ideas to add Vine to your content marketing arsenal? Here are six tips that make it easy to jump onboard.

Gmail Tips – How To Use Gmail Features To Be More Productive 1

Gmail Tips

[leadplayer_vid id=”513127E6DB6CF”]

Hey everybody. Sean Mckee here, and in this video I’m going to show you another tip, tip number two on how to use Gmail features to be more productive, efficient and more professional with your list of names. The second tip is you can delegate access to your Gmail to another person so they can read, send and delete messages on your behalf. For example, you can delegate email rights to an admin in your organization, a virtual assistant, or you can delegate your personal email access to your spouse.

So I want to go through the examples one step at a time. The first instruction is in the upper right hand corner of you Gmail account page you will see a picture of a gear. Click on it. So we’re going to look for the gear right here which is right up in the right hand corner. So we’re going to click on that and we’re going to click settings which was step number two, click settings. Step number three is click on accounts and import which is right here, accounts and import. We’re going to click on that.

Step four is to go down to grant access to your account. Add another account. So we’re going to scroll down to grant access to your account and we’re going to click on add another account. Step five is enter the email address of the person you’d like to access your account and click next step, and remember you can only enter a Google mail address. So we’re going to go back over and we’re at that step right here. I’m going to answer an address to give access to the account and click next step, and send email to grant access after they ask if I’m sure.

And that takes you through these other steps. Step six you’ll see the confirmation message in your Gmail account inbox. Click send email to grant access to the person you want to give access to if you’re sure. We did that. Step seven, the delegate will receive a verification email explaining that you’ve granted access to them. After the delegate confirms this request, it may take up to 30 minutes for the verification process to be completed. To see if the delicate has confirmed access to your account, look at the accounts tab in the settings.

If someone else sends a message from your account, you’ll have your name on it as well as the other person’s name. For delegation to work, both accounts must be enabled and verified and neither account may require a password change on the next sign in. So there you have it for this video. I hope this tip on, how to use gmail features to be more productive will help you in successfully growing your business.
